About Programme
Zafer Engineering and Architecture Private High School, the foundations of which started in Ankara in 1966. and Yükseliş Engineering and Architecture Private High School, which started education in 1967. With the inclusion of Anadolu Chemical Engineering Private High School opened in 1968, these two colleges were established in 1971 under the Ankara Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Ankara Engineering and Architecture. Ankara State Academy of Engineering and Architecture, which was merged as a higher school and established in 1973? connected. The Academy was later incorporated into Gazi University, which was founded in 1982, and continued education and training under the umbrella of "Engineering and Architecture Faculty". In 2010, our Faculty gained its current name when the "Engineering and Architecture Faculty" was divided into two separate faculties as Engineering and Architecture. In line with our tradition of education in the Architecture Department, information about both design education and building technology is given, as well as architectural history, architectural theories, Compulsory and elective courses are given for conservation and restoration. It is our priority to train our students as self-confident architects who can work in architectural project offices and construction sites without any difficulty, equipped with concrete and universal knowledge, appropriate for market conditions, and have architectural principles and ethical values ??as soon as they graduate from school.

Gazi University Department of Architecture has been established in 1982 and as a part of the Faculty of Architecure , it gives degrees in the level of Bachelor, Master and Doctorate Degrees.

For Turkish Citizens:
Second Cycle (Master?s) Degree diploma with thesis, in Architecture (2) A minimum ALES score of (as published in department web page) or equivalent international examinations scores for graduate-level programmes such as GRE, GMAT, etc., recognised by YÖK. (3) A minimum score of (as published in department web page) in accepted foreign language proficiency exams. Candidates gain access to the programmes based on their composite scores consisting of second cycle degree grade point averages, ALES and foreign language exam.

For International Students:
Second Cycle Degree diploma with thesis in Architecture obtained from universities recognised by YÖK. Candidates gain access to
the programmes based on their second cycle degree grade point averages.

Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate from Ph.D. program, students should achieve Minimum ECTS credits in total (described by the Regulation), Doctorate Seminar and pass the Qualification committee Also, students should success in Ph.D. thesis
