The Main Branch of Science
History
|
Gazi University, Gazi Education Faculty, Department of Music Education, which has its roots in the Music Teaching School founded by Atatürk in 1924; staff with experts in the field has always been one of Turkey's leading institutions. The main aim of the program is to train academicians and lecturers who are experts in the field of music education; The duration of education is determined by the YÖK framework regulation. Department of Music Education, in its own independent building; The individual study rooms, rehearsal and concert halls are physically arranged to meet the needs of the students.

Admission Requirements

High school graduate students must be in the top 800,000 in the ranking of the university entrance exam and must be successful in the special talent exam.

Students who have completed their undergraduate education can apply for Master's programs.

Graduation Requirements
|
Students who complete 240 ECTS credits at the end of eight semesters and fulfill their internship duty are eligible to graduate.

|
Graduate students can work as music teachers at the Ministry of Education and private education institutions.

Assessment and Grading
|
Students are required to be in the first 800,000th place in the university entrance and placement exam by ÖSYM and pass the special talent exam to be held.
